Regular Visits

After the investment of time needed on the first and second visits, many practice members become concerned that every visit will be of equal length.

Avoid relapse with regular visits.

The typical office visit involves specific chiropractic adjustments and if necessary a physiological therapy.

As you progress through your care plan, exercise instruction will be done, posture education, and nutrition discussion may also be a part of your typical office visit. Periodically we will do re-examinations to make sure your are progressing the way we would like and make sure we are not missing anything.

These visits typically last between 10-25 minutes

Dr. Torgrimson Asks some important questions of interest to Duluth residents - Chiropractor Duluth Dr. Torgrimson Asks...

Where do most Duluth residents get their first subluxation?
Being born in a hospital is a common source of subluxation. Trauma from forceps delivery has been replaced with drugs, vacuum extraction, Cesarean section and births that are "scheduled" to fit the workweek routines of Ob-Gyns. That's why we recommend a chiropractic checkup for every Duluth newborn.
What's the difference between maintenance, prevention and wellness?
Maintenance chiropractic care is an attempt to keep a dynamic, ever-changing and adapting organism (you) in a static relationship with your environment. Preventive chiropractic care is mostly about early detection. Wellness chiropractic care is an attempt to optimize our health and be all that you were designed to be.
